During our family vacation at Tuul, we found the space to be wonderfully accommodating. The family room was spacious, offering comfortable beds and a large shower that made our stay enjoyable. My children loved the clean, refreshing pool, while I appreciated the peaceful garden area surrounding it – a perfect spot for relaxation after our adventures exploring the nearby Kinich Kak Moo Ruins and Itzamna Park. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the hotel offered great options for dining, and we discovered a lovely café, Hotel Rincodada del Convento, where we enjoyed breakfast on old Maya steps. The staff deserves mention for their quick assistance when we misplaced a phone, ensuring we felt supported throughout our stay. With tours readily available and an outdoor entertainment area, Tuul is an excellent choice for families seeking both relaxation and adventure in a welcoming atmosphere.
